- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Rude, incorrect information regularly given over the phone, state they take insurance that they don't, charge you for tests they intially tell you are a part of their regular exam which aren't, don't return phone calls, only have 3 doctors taking new patients, place patients with pcp based on gender not preference, always run late, and can't pass along orders even when they are in the same building with two weeks heads up.
