- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For over 15 years and still, Dr Lappin and his staff have taken care of my Bichon at very reasonable cost and with the most consideration for my feelings and love for my pet. I trust him with my dog's life. Dr L has operated on my best little friend who had always come through healthy and happy. Dr. Lappin doesn't charge me for extra visits on the same thing... Plus he is very very reasonably priced for office visits and medicines. He's not greedy. I've experienced greedy doctors and it's a bad feeling.
